Office Buddies
There were no calls coming, what to do? Take pictures! This started when I asked Charles, my official photographer for my outfits, to take a picture of my outfit. Joy asked me to take their pictures too.
It was happy day and it’s still is! I found out we are going to the beach this weekend. Uno will be able to finally go to the beach and get to meet all of his grandparents down at La Union. I’m so excited for that!

This bracelets from Madewell is my inspiration, so I tried recreating it.
My handmade friendship bracelets. They may look different, but it has the same concept. This is my take on these bracelets. Perfect for spring/summer. Stack em’ up!

When I was in highschool, my best friend then (now my ex-boyfriend) taught me how to make friendship bracelets. He even gave me a booklet of patterns but I can’t find it anymore, good thing I can still remember some of the patterns.
These bracelets are making a comeback this spring/summer, if you check madewell.com friendship bracelets are one of the jewelries they sell. They advice to stack ‘em like how I did it in college. These bracelets use to have an “emo” or “rocker” image but Madewell made it feminine. I love how they did it! That’s why I am making these bracelets again.

The reason why I made these bracelets is because I checked for some accessories at our local mall and I find some of the bracelets a little too bold for me. I wanted to try using some accessories now but I just can’t find the one that fits my style and these bracelets made of threads perfectly fits my style.

Mixing prints are is in this Spring/Summer and Madewell shows us how to do it. You have to own it and you have to mix the right patterns.
Mix prints that have the same color. I think when you do this you can never go wrong.
Mix the same pattern in different colors. This is another rule.
Polka dots and stripes. Now, this one is a risk.
Mixing the right colors is a must.

What I have put together to wear for work.
Friends+Point and Grill+Bayo
I did something new for a change. It’s been a long time since I have done something like this. I went out with some colleagues from work. I didn’t realize that it’s good to do something like this sometimes until I did it. Most of the time I go out alone or with my family. We just ate but it’s refreshing to me, I’m grateful that Golden asked me to come with them.
We decided to eat at Point and Grill. It’s been a long time since I ate there. I never came back there because of their poor customer service before but I’m surprised that they’ve changed. Their service are more prompt now and the waiters are more helpful.
I ate baby back ribs which only costs P99. They have meals that only costs P99 and that’s already a meal that includes rice and sauteed vegetables, you can get a drink if you add P15, plus you have a lot of choices. The portions are big so your P99 is definitely worth it if you are have a big appetite.
The ribs are tender but it has too much sauce so it’s a little overwhelming. The ribs would have tasted better with less sauce because the meat itself is already tasty. The sauce actually tastes good but it’s just too much, it would have been better if they did not add it yet. But overall I will come back to try their other meals. My husband would love this place because of their huge portions.

Cordon Bleu. For a tiny girl like Golden this is a lot. She said it tastes good. It has lot of cheese and the meat is tender.

I love Keds!
I’ve been wanting get the polka dot Keds for Madewell sneakers but it’s not possible because it’s only available in the States. It will be too expensive if I get it sent to my relative’s address in Maryland and they’ll send it to me. I have to get my Keds craving satisfied so I bought a pair.

Keds for Madewell in Polka Dots
I bought a striped Keds that looks very vintage. I loved it so much! I chose between the sneaker with the brown lining or the black lining, I chose the brown one. I find the black one a little safe. Best things about it is it’s on sale in Tiong San at 10% off. If I had a lot of money, I’d buy all of them, this sneaker is so feminine. Makes my feet look slim too.
