Mother’s Day sale on Jellybean! The SM Baguio shop is included!
I’ve been wanting to have this floral denim skirt ever since I saw it on Madewell.com. I said to myself, I want that skirt and fortunately I found a similar one in Bayo. It’s not exactly like the one from Madewell but it’s good enough.
Pencil skirts are a bit difficult to wear especially for those who have curves like me, but I’ve found a way to wear it so that my big hips won’t be emphasized. Thanks to the one who invented the “half tuck-in!” I did that to the shirt I wore so that it’ll look like I have waist and at the same time it flatters my hips. And a cardigan is also your best friend, it creates a vertical line to make you look slimmer. I had to wear sneakers with these, because I love it laid-back but chic. The sneakers from Keds are really the best, they are feminine and stylish but comfortable as well.
My husband said that I look like a principal in this skirt, well I just have to ignore him and because he is my husband. I wouldn’t believe someone who only knew how to wear shirt, jeans and boots. So those who gets criticized because of their fashion risks, don’t believe someone who doesn’t know anything about fashion and the latest trends. Seriously! They don’t know anything!

It’s been a while since I had an outfit post. I became lazy taking outfit photos when my father passed away. I still miss him so much, but I’ve moved on. I know he’s with our Creator and very much happy. So today this outfit inspired me to take photos again. In my opinion it’s photo worthy.
For church today, I decided to wear my favorite polka dot skirt with a stripe top. We can feel the summer heat even in Baguio so I wanted to wear something that will make me feel fresh all day. This striped top is perfect because it’s made of cotton, it’s airy and it doesn’t cling to the skin and same goes with the skirt. Skirts are the perfect alternative to shorts. Skirts make me feel very girly. And because I have a toddler with me, I wore sneakers so I could run after him quickly hehe.

Top: Love, Bayo, Skirt: Jelly Bean, Shoes: Keds. I don’t know what to do with my hair, it gets puffy when it gets dry. I think I need to cut my hair short again.
I’ve been wanting to get myself one of those colored jeans and I finally did! The “Queen of Color,” Jessica Alba loves wearing them, she’s one of my style icons by the way. I tried several, coral, blue and pink and I ended up with this green one because it’s my favorite color. And also I’m still not ready for those bright colored ones.
My favorite color combination is blue and green so I wore this navy vest like top with it. I wore a cardigan of course because I have huge arms haha! And my favorite in this outfit is this smoking slippers or also known as loafers. Huli ako sa uso dahil matagal na tong sinusuot ng mga celebrities, at ngayon lang ako nakabili. What can I do, I live in the mountains, matagal bago dumating ang mga trends dito haha! Better late than never. And those are courtesy of my generous husband. I was able to convince him to buy me one haha!

Almost all the color of my clothes are blue. I love combining different hues of blue together. So today I decided to wear my light blazer. This blazer is great because it’s stretch and I love the floral detail on the arms. I wore a gray shirt with blue stripes underneath and paired it with my favorite blue jeans and teal shoes.
It was raining hard last night so I rolled my jeans up again. The Lord heard my prayers because the rain stopped at around 3 am so I was able to wear flats. I thought I was going to wear slippers on my way to work.

I’m linking with Lindsey for my outfit post today. Her blog is a great way to share your outfit posts.
I love color so I rarely wear a black and white ensemble. I tried wearing black and white which is perfect for office wear. No bright colors for me today but I wore prints because my outfit wouldn’t be complete without prints! I’m matching my outfit with the gloomy weather that we are having right now. It has been raining a lot lately here in Baguio.
I wore this tissue thin top, that I rarely wear with black pants and to complete the look I paired it with black flats with gold detail. I actually wore a cardigan but when I saw the photo I think it looked better without the cardigan.

I love seeing the colors blue and green together. I think they are a match made in heaven, that’s why I often incorporate them in my outfits.
For my outfit this Sunday, I wore this tribal printed blouse which is, if I may say, is very good in hiding that “bilbil.” I paired them with my favorite rolled up jeans and for my accessories, I wore my green flats and bangles.
I chose to wear this outfit because I want to be comfortable, we planned to go to SM after church so I need an outfit that will make me move very easily because Uno is one active child.

I woke up late again this morning, as always, but I have mastered the art of time management that I am able to make it on time even if I wake up 2:45 AM or 2:50 AM when my shift is 4 AM. Galing ko noh? I also like to take this opportunity to thank Golden and the other people that I car pool with for always waiting for me. Lagi akong huling dumadating kasi.
Going back to the outfit post, I was in a hurry so I just put on what I saw in my closet. I never thought about color coordination so I just wore the pair of shoes that’s on top on shoe pile. Both of them are pastels so I think they went well together.
I love rolling my jeans up because I like the feeling of wearing cropped jeans. Nakaka Audrey Hepburn lang! I also like that rolled jeans gives the opportunity to show off your shoes.
